BlackBerry Application Loader Wizard is no longer officially supported or distributed by BlackBerry Limited. Technically, the Application Loader Wizard is a separate executable: Loader.exe. It resides in the Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\ folder after installing Desktop Software. You can copy this entire folder to a USB stick and run Loader.exe without the full desktop suite. Some GitHub repositories host zipped copies of this folder.
