Run the Service Tool V5103 – Right-click and select “Run as administrator.”
Select your printer port – The tool shows a “USB PORT” dropdown. Choose the number corresponding to your printer (usually 001 if only one Canon is connected).

Reset the waste ink counter – Click “Main” under “Waste ink pad counter” and then click “Set.” Wait 10 seconds. Do the same for “Platen” if available.
