This is the easiest part. In Cemu (version 1.22+), the graphics packs include a preset called "Extra Quality." This setting forces the emulator to use higher resolution shadow maps, increases the draw distance of LODs (Level of Detail), and applies 16x anisotropic filtering. It is the "Ultra" preset for Wii U games.
