This is a beautiful one. The forum’s official stance: everything here is provided as-is. If you don’t trust it, don’t download it. Why? Because asking "Is this virus?" is noise. The community is self-policing. If a file were malicious, the thread would be flooded with warnings within minutes. Trust the reputation system, not the paranoid newbie.

But if you do ask "Is this safe?" without evidence? Your thread will be buried under sarcastic replies like: "Yes, we all want your bank account. Especially your 14 Steam games."
