If you still own the original PS3 disc, you are playing a version that suffers from screen tearing and sub-30 FPS drops during the "Lust" hurricane. The Xbox 360 backward compatible version on modern Xbox consoles is stable, but it lacks the DLC entirely.
The only way to experience full 4K, ultrawide, 120 FPS, plus the "Trials of St. Lucia" DLC is via RPCS3 using a Gnarly Repack. The Trials of St. Lucia DLC was never officially released on PC. It’s a prequel where you play as Lucia, wielding a scythe through 3 recycled but remixed circles of Hell. The difficulty is brutally unfair (waves of enemies + platforming + one-hit kill spikes), and the story is a 30-minute loop padded by score attacks. Still, for fans of the 2010 cult classic, it’s the only “new” Dante’s Inferno content in over a decade.
