Dass127 New < UPDATED ✪ >

During the stress testing of Prototype B, a voltage regulator failure occurred at 110% load. This was traced to a supplier defect in the capacitor bank. The issue was rectified in Prototype C by switching to a military-grade supplier. No further hardware failures were recorded in the final 300 hours of testing.

Legacy units relied purely on 4-20mA analog loops and discrete dry contacts. The DASS127 New introduces: dass127 new

The development of DASS127 New has successfully validated the hypothesis that a distributed architecture is superior to the legacy centralized model. The most significant finding was the scalability of the new system; during testing, the system handled 15% more volume than the maximum projected peak for the next five years. This provides a significant buffer for future expansion. During the stress testing of Prototype B, a

However, the supply chain vulnerability identified during the capacitor failure highlights a risk. The reliance on single-source components for critical voltage regulation requires a mitigation strategy, such as establishing a secondary supplier list. While the physical pinout remains compatible, the internal

While the physical pinout remains compatible, the internal multiplexer has been redesigned:

Many factories still run Siemens S7-300 or Rockwell PLC-5 systems. Instead of replacing the entire backplane, engineers use the DASS127 New as a gateway to convert analog signals to digital Modbus frames, effectively future-proofing their legacy investment.

3 Comments on Agile, Scrum & Kanban Redmine Plugins

  1. Redmine has a good activity around it, but the problem with open source plugins is that you never know if they will be mainained for a long time. The truth is sometimes, commercial plugins stop evolving also… ;O)

  2. Redmine Agile Plugin is NOT a Plugin for Redmine. The software is a complete own solution based on redmine.org code and offers a agile Plugin for that solution.
