The Genius Eye 312 works with:

Restart → Shift + Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Settings → Disable driver signature enforcement → Install driver. |
| Camera works in apps but not in browser | Go to browser settings → Allow camera access for specific sites. |
| No image, only black screen | Uninstall device in Device Manager → Scan for hardware changes → Reinstall using Method 1. |
| Microphone not working | The Eye 312 does NOT have a built-in mic. Use PC’s internal mic or external. |
