If you have already purchased or activated your software, you can retrieve your details in several ways:
Enfocus Website: Log in to My Enfocus and navigate to My Products. All keys linked to your Enfocus ID are listed there.
Purchase Confirmation: Check the email you received at the time of purchase. Perpetual licenses are often sent as an HTML file attachment. Acrobat Menu: Open Adobe Acrobat and go to:

Depending on your license type, use one of the following methods: For Subscriptions Open the About Enfocus PitStop Pro dialog (as shown above). Go to the License tab. Sign in with your Enfocus ID.
If the subscription was bought via a reseller, ensure the Subscription ID is linked in your online account first. For Perpetual (Traditional) Licenses In the About Enfocus PitStop Pro window, click Activate. Log in with your Enfocus ID (create one here if needed).
Enter your Product Key. You can type it, or drag and drop the HTML license file directly into the field. Click Activate to finalize. The most common way is to buy a subscription or perpetual license from the Enfocus website or an authorized reseller (e.g., Provo Craft, A Lowly Apprentice Production, or Intraware).
