The EPLAN Data Portal is the gold standard. It’s directly integrated into EPLAN (versions 2.7 and later).

How to access it:

No internet? You can also download offline libraries via the portal website, but the direct integration is far easier.

The official EPLAN Community forum allows users to share self-created libraries. While not always QA'd by manufacturers, these are useful for legacy parts or niche devices. The EPLAN Data Portal is the gold standard

Don't dump everything into C:\EPLAN\Macros. Create a hierarchy:
