There are usually three main endings in this game.
1. The True Ending (Good Ending)
2. The Fallen Ending (Bad Ending)
To achieve 100% completion in Fallen ~Makina and the City of Ruins
~, you must manage your Depravity levels carefully, as certain endings and achievements require specific thresholds (either 0 or high amounts). Major Progression Achievements
Unfallen (Hidden): Beat the game with exactly 0 Depravity. To do this, you must always reject or threaten NPCs who offer questionable deals (like the antidote owner on B4) and avoid brothels or sexual encounters.
Makina's Pride, Goblin's Bride: Complete the Goblin ending. This requires completing the Dalton Story Arc and having at least 70 Depravity.

UnBEARable Quest: A multi-step trade quest to get a necklace:
Give an antidote to the woman in the town house to get Vegetables.
Trade Vegetables for a Lewd Magazine with the collapsed man on B7–B9.
Trade the Magazine for Mage Pearl/Grilled Lizard with the bald man in the Underground Market. Trade the Pearl for a Love Potion with the ice mage on B33.
Trade the Potion for a Teddy Bear with the adventurer on B37–B39. Return the Teddy Bear to the girl near Canton’s house. There are usually three main endings in this game
Who Needs Measuring Tape?: Order custom armor from Bardo for 2,000 gold.
Who Needs Grinding?: Buy a level-up from the merchant at the top left of B1 for 50 gold.

Elysium-7 is divided into 6 biomes. You will need 100% map completion and all 46 Data Logs.
These are unmissable and unlocked simply by playing through the main narrative.
If not yet unlocked by endgame:
Pacifist Run – Must be done in the Flooded District. Do not attack any enemy there. Use movement and distractions only.
Lost Memories – Requires unlocking a hidden door in the Central Archive before activating the final elevator.
One Life – Easiest on the first boss (Sentinel). Save before the fight and reload on hit.
