Filezilla Client 3590 Portable ❲No Password❳

FileZilla 3.59.0 Portable gives you a fast, stable FTP client that fits in your pocket. By creating fzdefaults.xml and keeping settings inside \config, you can move between computers without reconfiguration. Stick to the official archive download to avoid fake "portable" builds.

Note: Version 3.59.0 is no longer the latest. For new projects, consider 3.66.5 or newer, but this guide remains valid for any 3.x portable setup. FileZilla 3

  • Close and reopen – settings will now save to \config\filezilla.xml
  • Saved sites live in \config\sitemanager.xml

    • 🔐 Never use "Normal" or "Account" logon type on a USB stick – passwords are stored in plaintext. Note: Version 3
