Depende de tu profesor. Si el programa sigue un temario muy actualizado (por ejemplo, incluye nuevos descubrimientos sobre canales iónicos o microbioma), podrías necesitar la 5ta. En la mayoría de las universidades españolas y latinoamericanas, la 4ta edición cubre más del 90% de los contenidos.

Mi recomendación: compra la digital si tienes una tableta grande (10" o más) y la física si eres de los que retiene mejor con el papel.
