Most third-party Chromium builds lack ARC++ (Android Runtime for Chrome). Team MJY has managed to integrate the Google Play Store, allowing you to install millions of Android apps directly on your laptop.

If your goal is to run Chrome OS on a standard PC, it is highly recommended to use established, trusted open-source projects rather than a random "Team MJY" release.
