Do not connect B+ directly to the ID or T pins.

Important Compatibility Note: While Hart, Ryobi, and Ridgid are all TTI brands, Hart batteries are not mechanically compatible with Ryobi tools (the slide rails differ). However, the electrical pinout is nearly identical to Ryobi’s 20V system (B-, T, ID, B+). Hart 20v Battery Pinout Diagram
