Steps:
If still frozen:
Use this to restore the printer to its original out-of-box state. This clears Wi-Fi credentials, network configurations, and all user preferences.
Procedure:
Expected result: The printer restarts automatically. The language and initial setup wizard appear upon reboot.
Note: This reset does not reset the waste ink pad counter.
Use this if the printer is frozen, unresponsive, or has a minor glitch.

Step 1: Unplug the printer from power. Step 2: Press and hold the following buttons simultaneously: Stop + Color Copy + Power. Step 3: While holding those three buttons, plug the power cord back in.
