Occupying a barbarian village for 24 hours is stupid. The resources stop regenerating, and you have a dozen troops doing nothing. Loot and leave within the same hour.

Never attack blind. Send a spy from your Hideout to the barbarian village.


You launch an attack 2 hours away. A player sees your slow transports. They park their fleet on the barbarian village and “intercept” you. Your troops drown. Solution: Send a fast scout ship ahead or attack at off-peak hours.
