Just a heads-up for beginners: To create a library that users can easily add via the "Add Library" button (and that shows up in the sidebar), you generally need to be an approved NICE developer. If you are just making libraries for yourself or friends, you can still use KLC to build the structure, but you may have to load the .nkb file manually or use the standard file browser.
