If kPACS crashes on startup or displays black images on Windows 10/11:
Choose MS Access (Jet) for standalone setups. Do not choose MS SQL unless you have an existing SQL server. Note for Windows 10/11: You may need to install the "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable" separately, as the Jet engine is deprecated. kpacs installer en 160 download 2021
