Getting a new PC? You can transfer your license easily. Contact support when: Lost both email and account access
Step 1: On the old computer, open Excel > Kutools tab > License > click “Deactivate” . This frees up an activation slot. open Excel >
Step 2: On the new computer, install Kutools.
Step 3: Activate using your existing Kutools license name and license key (same email and key string).
Note: If your old computer is broken or inaccessible, contact ExtendOffice support with your order ID to request a license reset.
