Step 5: Reboot & Verify Hold R and launch any game to enter the Homebrew menu. Go to “Title Manager” or just launch LEGO CITY Undercover. On the main menu, look in the bottom right corner. You should see “Ver. 1.0.1” or higher. Check the police station laptop – all DLC costumes will now be unlocked.
