Use the LEAP Crossover Shop. Import your woofer and tweeter FRD/ZMA files. Add a 4th-order Linkwitz-Riley at 2.5 kHz. Click "Optimize" – LEAP will adjust L-pads and capacitors to flatten phase tracking.
