If the amp plays for a few minutes and then cuts out, the chip is overheating. The schematic reveals the thermal pad connection and the power supply input filtering. A bad filter capacitor on the power rail (shown clearly in the schematic) can cause voltage ripples that generate excessive heat in the IC.
