Do not use the CD that came with the machine. It is outdated.

If you have previously tried and failed to set this up, Windows has cached the wrong registry settings. Do not use the CD that came with the machine
If you have followed every step above and the "mr photo 15 setup fixed" is still not your reality, perform a hardware factory reset. Re-install the driver from Step 1

The Mr. Photo 15 uses a roll-fed paper system. If the roll is loose, nothing works.
