The ZIP Rule:
NeoRAGEx generally requires ROM sets specifically tailored for it (often based on MAME 0.59 or older dumps). Modern MAME ROMs often will not work. neoragex 48 exclusive
Do not unzip the files. NeoRAGEx reads them as ZIP archives.
Naming: The ZIP file name must match the internal "Driver" name the emulator expects.
The exclusive build became famous for running the unscrambled dump of MS4 that had glitched graphics on every other platform. This is where most users get confused
