You have successfully installed and initially configured a Nokia 7250 IXR X1 router. This guide covered mechanical mounting, power and grounding, console access, basic network setup, and verification. The 7250 IXR X1 has 4 fan modules. Each fan tray is hot-swappable.
SR Linux:
show system hardware fan
Expected output: oper-state = up, speed = normal.
DC Wiring:
Warning: DC installations must be performed by a qualified electrician. Do not energize until all connections are double-checked.
After installation, run this validation:
Turn on both PSU circuit breakers or plug in both AC cords.
The 7250 IXR-X1 uses a Control Management Module (CMM). Locate the management port on the CMM (often labeled MGMT or Mgmt).
