Cause: The texture path is wrong. Templeton’s patch expects the Orc Flesh textures to be in textures\actors\character\orc\, but some mods use \orsimer\. Fix: Open the Templeton patch in Explorer and manually rename the folder path. Alternatively, reinstall the Orc Flesh mod and select the "Templeton-compatible" FOMOD option if available. Then reinstall Templeton first, then Orc Flesh only
