During the boss fight, if you stop moving for 15 seconds, the Queen starts humming. If you hum back using the in-game whistle emote, she becomes pacified for 30 seconds. This is the only way to get the “Empathy for the Brood” achievement.
Phase 1 (100%–70% HP)
The Queen uses claw swipes and egg spit. Ignore the eggs—they spawn larvae, but those larvae will boost your “Little Puck” stacks if you let them latch onto you briefly before shaking them off.
✅ Pro tip: Let 3–4 larvae attach, then use Cleansing Flame (item) to kill them and gain +2 stacks.
Phase 2 (70%–40% HP)
She summons a Parasite Well in the center. Standing in it doubles your ability cooldown speed but also drains HP. Use it sparingly. The Queen now fires homing spores.
✅ Use Dash Clone to redirect spores back at her for 150–200 damage each.
Phase 3 (40%–0% HP) – Choice Moment
Do NOT attack when she freezes. Open the choice wheel. parasited+little+puck+parasite+queen+act+1+upd
Parasited Little Puck is a side-scrolling tactical RPG with body-horror mechanics, developed by the indie studio VoidHive Interactive. The player controls Puck—a once-feral, fairy-like creature from the Glimmerwood—now infested by a sentient parasitic larva. This “little Puck” can no longer survive without its parasite, but the parasite also grants reality-warping abilities.
The Parasite Queen is the end-of-act boss for Act 1, a towering broodmother who claims to be Puck’s true origin. The “Act 1 upd” (update 1.0.3) reworks the Queen’s AI, adds a hidden mercy ending, and introduces three new parasitic evolutions.
The spores coalesced mid‑air, forming a luminous cocoon that hovered just above the puck. The cocoon pulsed, each beat synchronizing with the puck’s own glow. Suddenly, the cocoon cracked open, and from it emerged a figure of elegant terror: the Parasite Queen, a towering being of chitin, bioluminescent veins, and crown‑like filaments that glimmered like fractured glass. Abilities (Initial):
Queen Xyra (first words):
“From the broken games of old, I rise. My hive shall spread, and the world shall dance to the rhythm of my pulse.”
After the first parasite surge event, backtrack to the starting cave. A hidden wall (right side, third stalagmite) reveals a diary written by a previous host. Reading all 5 entries gives the achievement “We are many” and permanently increases Little Puck stack limit from 5 to 7. Phase 1 (100%–70% HP) The Queen uses claw
The battle has just begun. The queen’s hive is still nascent, but the parasited puck already proves a formidable ally. The adventurers, now aware of the threat, must decide: attempt to destroy the queen before her hive expands, or find a way to sever the parasitic bond that ties the little puck to her dark will.
Narrator (closing line):
“As the moon climbs higher, the glade becomes a battlefield of echoes, spores, and shattered hopes. The parasited little puck rolls forward, and with each bounce, the queen’s power grows—yet the seeds of rebellion are already taking root in the hearts of those who dare to challenge the hive.”
