Reset Epson L3210 (2025)

The WIC Reset Utility (Waste Ink Counter Reset) is a commercial third-party tool that works with many Epson printers, including the L3210. It is easier to use than the Adjustment Program because it automatically identifies your printer.

Once reset, power cycle the printer. The error should clear. Reset Epson L3210

  • Important: Resetting the waste counter without physically cleaning or replacing the pads will eventually cause ink to leak inside the printer. After 2–3 resets, you should open the printer and replace the absorbent pads or install an external waste ink bottle.

Before initiating a reset, the user must understand why the error exists.

The printer tracks how much ink has been flushed into its internal waste ink pads. After ~5,000–8,000 pages, the printer will display:
"Service required. Parts inside your printer are near the end of their service life." The WIC Reset Utility (Waste Ink Counter Reset)

You must reset the waste ink counter using a service utility program (not available from Epson officially—use a third-party tool or take it to a service center).

  • To verify: Check that network settings (like Wi-Fi SSID) are cleared.
  • Alternatively, from PC software:
