Sporazumni Raskid Ugovora O Ortakluku [2025-2026]
Orci se obavezuju da neće objavljivati ili na bilo koji način prenositi trećim stranama informacije koje su saznali tokom trajanja ortakluka, osim informacija koje su već u javnom domenu ili koje će postati javne bez njihovog učešća.
Član 7.
Svaki ortak se odriče svih budućih zahteva prema drugom ortaku koji proizilaze iz Prvobitnog ugovora, osim onih izričito navedenih u ovom Sporazumu.
Član 8.
Ortaci potvrđuju da nemaju jedno prema drugom neizmirene obaveze osim onih navedenih u članovima 4–6.
Član 9. – Zabrana naknadnog potraživanja
Nakon potpisivanja ovog Sporazuma i potpune podele imovine, nijedan ortak ne može pokretati bilo kakav sudski ili drugi postupak protiv drugog ortaka u vezi sa poslovanjem ortakluka.
