The Dragon Realms’ Library of Ember holds histories of every flame cast by dragonkind. One morning, after a lightning storm of northern auroras, readings spike: something new has nested inside the archive — a stitched bundle of shimmering code and charred parchment labeled HOODLUM. Inspector Sparx detects anomalies: portals flicker, statues whisper, and the archive's maps rearrange themselves.

Spyro answers the summons. He opens the RePack and a shimmering wisp escapes, scattering across the realms. From the wisp, a tiny dragonling flickers into being — half-glassy pixels, half-feathered smoke — naming itself Patch. Patch is shy but curious, carrying a static-crackle voice and two confusing memory-threads: one of Spyro’s world and one of a strange mirrored realm where familiar faces behave differently.
