Cause: Power management is turning off the USB port or the driver conflict with Wi-Fi 2.4GHz. Solutions:

Disable Bluetooth power saving:

Move the dongle away from USB 3.0 ports. USB 3.0 emits 2.4GHz interference. Use a USB 2.0 port or a short USB extension cable.

The driver is included in the kernel.
