Many users mistakenly think their editor code will also unlock voicebanks. They are sold separately unless you bought a bundle.

You cannot deactivate remotely via your user account (Yamaha does not provide a web-based license manager, which is a frequent complaint). You must contact Yamaha support directly. Provide your proof of purchase and the authorization code. They can manually reset your activations, but this process can take 2-5 business days.
