Her raven hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall of night, blending with the darkness. She moved with the grace of a predator, her bare feet making no sound on the cold stone.
The buildings around her seemed to hold their breath, their windows like empty eyes staring back. Kaelith knew these streets, every turn and every hidden spot.
