Df045 Renault Scenic Now

Renault used lead-free solder on many Scenic dashboard PCBs. Thermal cycling (hot engine bay / cold winter nights) causes microscopic cracks in the solder joints around the CAN transceiver chip and the main microcontroller. These cracks create an intermittent open circuit, triggering DF045.
