Cloud 2 Drivers - Download Hyperx

If that fails, repeat steps 1–6, but this time:

HyperX has released firmware updates for the USB dongle. These are not drivers but do require a manual download. You need them only if: download hyperx cloud 2 drivers

How to get it: Go to hyperx.com → Support → Downloads → Search “Cloud II” → Download “Firmware Updater” (about 2MB). Run it with the dongle plugged in. It updates the dongle’s internal chip, not Windows drivers. If that fails, repeat steps 1–6, but this time:

Occasionally, firmware updates fix USB detection or 7.1 issues. These are included within NGENUITY or as separate firmware updaters on the support page. Only update if you experience: HyperX has released firmware updates for the USB dongle

  • In the search bar, type "HyperX Cloud II" and press Enter.
  • Select your specific product. You will likely see two options:
  • Click on "Software and Drivers."
  • Choose your operating system (Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11, etc.).
  • Look for a file labeled "HyperX Cloud II Firmware Updater" or "HyperX NGENUITY Software" (The NGENUITY app now manages Cloud II drivers).
  • Click Download (File is usually around 20–50 MB).
  • Once downloaded, run the .exe file as Administrator (Right-click the file > Run as administrator).
  • HyperX has moved away from standalone drivers. Their NGENUITY software (available on the Microsoft Store) is now the central hub for managing equalizer (EQ) settings, microphone volume, and firmware updates for the Cloud II. If you install NGENUITY, it will automatically fetch the latest drivers for you.
