watch folder link:
  for each .txt file:
    parse lines
    for each record:
      INSERT INTO tmcsignaldata(...)
    move file to .processed
    append log to TMC_log.txt

Based on the components, the following operational flow is proposed:

Issue: Filedot is an internal tool, now missing.
Workaround: Replace with standard commands: Filedot Folder Link Cassandra -TMC- txt
