You can achieve many Enterprise-like functions without the license:

PiKVM (open source) or JetKVM (cheap commercial) can give you full KVM and virtual media for ~$50–150, no license needed.
Many Dell PowerEdge R630, R730, T630, etc., were sold with Enterprise licenses. When buying used, filter for "iDRAC Enterprise included."
Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) 8 is Dell's out-of-band management platform for PowerEdge 12th and 13th generation servers (e.g., Rx20 and Rx30 series). It allows remote server administration, OS deployment, health monitoring, and power control—even when the main OS is offline.
iDRAC 8 comes in two main editions:

The Express license is already free and included with all iDRAC8-equipped servers. It gives basic health monitoring, logging, and power control. For most home labs and small businesses, Express may be sufficient.
