Intel’s official graphics driver for the Z8350 (version 15.33.x or 15.36.x) stopped being updated in 2018. The last version compatible with the classic Intel Control Panel is 15.36.38.5115 (January 2018). Later Windows 10 updates (1809, 1903, 20H2, 22H2) may try to replace it with a generic Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver, killing hardware acceleration, video playback, and external monitor support.
